A sweet start to the spring semester with good vibes, great waffles, and an awesome community!

This past January, Hardy Apartments kicked off the spring semester with a fun “Welcome Back” get together for our residents! To show our appreciation, we provided a complimentary waffle truck so everyone could enjoy a fresh, delicious treat on us.

The event gave residents the chance to reconnect after the break, meet new neighbors, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon together. It was filled with smiles, laughter, and great conversations, everything that makes our community such a great place to live.

At Hardy Apartments, we believe student living should be more than just a place to stay. We strive to create an environment where residents feel comfortable, supported, and part of a welcoming community. Events like this are just one of the many ways we bring residents together and make apartment living more fun!

Sweet Moments and Community Fun at Hardy Apartments!

At Hardy Apartments, we believe home is more than just a place to live—it’s a place to connect, unwind, and enjoy life. That’s why we recently treated our amazing residents and their guests to a morning of delicious fun with a free waffle truck event , and it was a hit!

We invited WTF Waffles , a local San Diego favorite, to serve up custom-made waffles right outside our doors. From sweet classics to savory creations, everyone found something to love. Residents mingled, laughed, and started their day with good vibes and great food.

Events like this are just one of the many ways we bring people together at Hardy. Whether you're grabbing waffles with neighbors, enjoying our convenient location near SDSU, or relaxing in your updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, there's always something to love about life here.

Sweet Treats & Good Vibes!

We kicked off the new school year in style at Hardy Ave. Apartments with an exciting ice cream social for our awesome residents and SDSU students! The afternoon was filled with great vibes and delicious treats, courtesy of the Sweet Treats Ice Cream Truck. It was a blast connecting with neighbors and welcoming new faces to our community! We're so thankful for our incredible tenants, and we love finding fun ways to show our appreciation.
